Webild Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Webild subscription at any time.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Webild as an AI-powered platform with immediate value delivery and usage-based infrastructure costs, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • Credit purchases
  • Add-ons or upgrades

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

We may review refund requests under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors on our end

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Failed Generations / System Errors

If an AI action fails due to a system error:

  • Any deducted credits will be automatically restored
  • No manual refund request is required

5. Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate
  • They are non-refundable once activated
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent renewal the following year

6. Abuse & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to projects and domains

We strongly encourage contacting support to resolve any issue.
